We’re proud to share that CompleteGRC’s Dinos Kerigan-Kyrou has been nominated for the 2026 Visionary Academic Leadership Award at the Minneapolis Cyber Security Summit.

The nomination recognises Dinos’s work in building cybersecurity and defence education for military academies and partner nations, from the classroom to the curriculum.

About the Summit

Now in its 16th year, the Minneapolis Cyber Security Summit brings together defence, military, government and industry leaders from across the US and overseas. Each year they meet to discuss and analyse the developing issues shaping cybersecurity.

The Visionary Academic Leadership Award recognises those whose teaching and educational leadership are strengthening the field for the future.

Building Military Education with NATO DEEP

Alongside his work with CompleteGRC, Dinos is an Instructor on NATO’s Defence Education Enhancement Programme (DEEP). As a Professional Military Education (PME) instructor, he works on the ground mentoring and supporting military academies across eastern and central Europe and North Africa.

He is also a Senior Advisor to the DEEP e-Academy. There he develops Advanced Distributed Learning for NATO DEEP Partner Nations: countries outside NATO that work closely with the Alliance to build their PME, including faculty and curriculum development.

Shaping NATO’s Cybersecurity and Hybrid Threats Curricula

Dinos is a co-author of the NATO Cybersecurity Curriculum. Together with CompleteGRC’s Nollag Conneely, he is also a major contributor to the NATO Hybrid Warfare and Hybrid Threats Curriculum.

This work sits at the heart of what CompleteGRC does: turning deep expertise in cyber risk, governance and hybrid threats into practical knowledge that organisations and institutions can act on.

Congratulations, Dinos, on this well-deserved nomination from everyone at CompleteGRC.
