Nollag is a strategic leader with experience in the private, and public sector in multiple industries and international organisations. He has developed, delivered and implemented Governance, Risk and Compliance programs in high-risk military environments in the Middle East, Africa and the Balkans, and also with commercial organisations in Healthcare, Insurance, Fintech, and Education in the US, Europe and the Middle East. 

Nollag was a contributor to NATO's PfP Cybersecurity and Hybrid Curricula, Lecturer and Course Coordinator for Data Governance Syllabus at the European Security and Defence College, and a speaker at the United Nations General Assembly Health Symposium. Nollag is also Prince2 Project Management qualified. Nollag is a retired Lt Col in the Irish Defence Forces with experience in Intelligence and operational roles.

Joseph is a strategic AI leader with extensive experience spanning global law enforcement, platform-scale operations, and entrepreneurship. His expertise in AI security, risk assessment, and governance across public and private sectors has been honed through key roles at INTERPOL, TikTok, and as a startup founder.

He specializes in developing AI governance frameworks, conducting risk assessments, managing crises, and integrating AI into security and business operations. He delivers practical guidance to help organizations deploy AI responsibly and securely while maximizing business impact. His approach combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of regulatory landscapes and stakeholder management.

Daniel Ayiotis is a highly experienced Archives and Records Manager with over two decades of experience in a variety of leadership and management roles at home and abroad. He has provided direction and consultancy to a wide variety of government departments and state /
semi-state agencies on areas including records management, archiving, facility design and data protection. He is a lecturer to a variety of postgrad and Masters programs including MA in Archives and Records Management at UCD. 

Dan is also fulfils the role of mentor andinterview board member with public and private sector organisations.Daniel is expertly placed to advise on a wide range of areas including creating file plans, retention and disposal, management of storage, classification, services to stakeholders, digitisation and digital preservation, internal profile building, and ensuring and enhancing theaccessibility of organisational records.

Aoife is an experienced Information Governance Consultant, specialising in data protection and privacy compliance for clients in the public and private sector. With an undergraduate degree in law and a master’s degree in Data Protection and Privacy Law, she provides expert guidance to clients in pharma, education and healthcare, helping them navigate complex regulatory requirements. Aoife has worked on a range of data protection programmes, ensuring organisations implement robust policies, manage risks effectively, and maintain compliance with evolving legal standards. 

Her approach is both strategic and practical, offering tailored solutions that align with each client’s operational needs. Whether conducting compliance assessments, developing governance frameworks, or delivering training, Aoife supports organisations in strengthening their data protection practices. Her expertise ensures clients not only meet regulatory obligations but also build trust through responsible data management.

Avena is an accomplished Information Governance Consultant with extensive experience specialising in governance and compliance. Avena holds an undergraduate law degree from Maynooth University and a Master’s in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law
from Trinity College. She provides expert guidance on data protection, information governance, and compliance. Avena has worked closely with public sector organisations, particularly in healthcare, to develop and implement effective data management strategies that align with regulatory requirements.

Avena has a wealth of knowledge in Freedom of Information practices and supports clients in navigating complex requests. She previously worked in the financial sector, gaining valuable experience in Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes. Her comprehensive knowledge and practical skills make her an expert in ensuring data protection and information governance standards are exceeded. Avena is dedicated to advancing best practices, leveraging her academic background and professional experience to deliver
exceptional results.

Dinos is a founding member of the cybersecurity committee of Royal
Institution of Naval Architects, and an initial board member of Digital Business Ireland. Dinos has a PhD in EU Competition Law, and a Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management. He holds the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) Lead Auditor certification from the British Standards Institution.

Dinos is a Cybersecurity and Hybrid Threats instructor on the NATO DEEP (Defence Education Enhancement Programme), coordinated by NATO and the Partnership for Peace Consortium of Defence Academies (PfPC). He is Senior Advisor to the NATO DEEP eAcademy, and a member of the PfPC Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) Working Group. He is an editorial board member of the PfPC journal Connections, and a visiting instructor at the EU European Security and Defence College.

 
Dinos is also a co-author of the NATO / PfPC Cybersecurity Curriculum, and a Contributor to the Hybrid Warfare and Hybrid Threats Curriculum. From 2017-2024 he led the Cybersecurity and Hybrid Threats education on the Irish Defence Forces Joint Command & Staff Course. Dinos is an assistant instructor at the NATO Maritime Interdiction Operational Training Centre (NMIOTC), in Souda Bay, Greece.

Hazel is an experienced dynamic leader with extensive experience driving organizational transformation in healthcare and bioscience sectors, focusing on fostering alignment, engagement, and cultural readiness for change. Passionate about building resilient organizations by integrating cybersecurity awareness into broader change initiatives. Guides leadership and teams in adopting secure practices, mitigating risks, and enhancing operational resilience.

Hazel is an expert in creating and implementing tailored strategies to simplify complex processes, align organizational priorities, and ensure sustainable adoption of new systems and initiatives. This is achieved through building coalitions of trust and influence among executives, teams, and partners to ensure broad alignment, overcome resistance, and accelerate organizational buy-in for change.

Hazel is proven at conducting detailed assessments to identify potential impacts of change, proactively addressing barriers to minimize resistance and ensure smooth adoption across diverse teams. Designs impactful communication plans, training programs, and role-based initiatives to support organizational change, including pathways to improve cybersecurity awareness and secure digital transformation.

Charles has also pioneered healthcare IT solutions, including a national mobile healthcare app and a healthcare data liquidity company, driving industry-wide digital transformation. 

Of particular note, Charles has collaborated with Carnegie Mellon University to create an AI healthcare platform, significantly improving patient care through advanced data analytics. Charles has directed technology operations across multiple regions, managing high-performing teams and substantial budgets to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive product revenue.
